… Raspberry – white chocolate pie …

With 3 kids at home I bake A LOT:) This pie is too good not to share. Hope you’ll enjoy it. It’s the favorite pie in our house right now, and I could literally make it twice a week. Inspiration from the wonderful

125 g ( grams ) melted butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder

200 g of raspberries
100 g of white chocolate
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
for "sugarlovers" you can add 1/2 cup of sugar.

Mix together sugar, flour and baking powder. Slowly add melted butter, and prepare a crumbly dough.
( as you can see I did it the other way around, but still turned out ok:))
Press the dough with fingers to the bottom and sides of the greased and flower sprinkled pie form.
For filling, mix eggs with yogurt, vanilla, add chocolate, and carefully pour in the raspberries.
Bake at 160 C / 320 F for about 50-60 minutes.

Bon Appetit 🙂
