So we made a raw chocolate for the first time. It was so good that we had to make some more in a few days:) And yes, try not to eat it all before it hardens! You can see my son had some trouble with it:). You can add some goodies in it, as vanilla, mesquite powder, maca powder, salt, what ever you like. I put in mine some hazelnuts.
Raw Chocolate: makes 3 x 100g bars
1 cup cocoa butter,
7 tbs raw chocolate powder,
1 1/2 tbs maca powder,
2 1/2 tbs agave nectar,
nuts, berries optional
Set the cacao butter in a bowl and place that bowl in a larger one, or a pot filled with hot water, and let the cacao butter melt. When cacao butter is melted, let it sit for 10 minutes. Then add cocoa powder, maca powder, agave syrup and stir for one minute, until perfectly smooth. Just pour that beautiful mix into your chocolate molds and put in the freezer for 30 minutes! DONE:)
